Hengyu website content admin goes live: maintenance enters the online-editing era

Our self-built content admin (Sveltia CMS, a local file-based backend at tools/cms-admin) is now wired into this site: page copy, service and product intros, FAQ and glossary can all be edited online — save writes straight to disk and triggers a static build. The content source-of-truth stays in files; the GEO self-check does not regress. This lays the foundation for reusing the same editing experience across future client brand instances.
